Political Crisis in Pakistan
These last few weeks there has been a political crisis going on in Pakistan. This political crisis apart from bringing chaos to the Pakistani society has also brought something beneficial. This benefit has been seen in our centres as many young students have been taking an interest in leadership and politics of Pakistan.
Students’ Interest in Politics and Economis
Students who are aware of the situation and are being affected by this political unrest spend most of their time researching about problems that our country is facing and how these problems could be overcome. Surprisingly many students were unaware of the corruption in government. With the help of the volunteers, student searched about the history of Pakistan, former presidents, and they also gained an idea about taxes.
While watching YouTube videos explaining the topic students were intrigued to know about the imports and exports of the country. They learned about how cotton is one of our biggest exports.
As for the younger students they were invested in their usual learning such as mathematics, general knowledge, basic English etc. We believe it is important that our students learn and research about these things on their own as they would be our future leaders and that they understand the problems of the common man and the problems of running a state.
