Summers are never not fun due to longer days leading us to have more daylight to do more activities. However, with the fun comes taking care of ourselves especially in Pakistan where the temperatures can rise up to 45 degrees celsius. This brings a lot of danger and therefore learning about precautionary steps and making sure that we are aware on how to prevent unpleasant and dangerous situations.<\/p>\n

Heat strokes in Pakistan are very common and therefore the students were encouraged to do their research and study about the heat wave, Heat stroke and the prevention methods, Students studied about the stages and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat strokes, Students were able to identify on the factors that would show that a person is going towards exhaustion.<\/p>\n

Later students also went through the prevention and how to act in case they are faced with heat exhaustion or stroke. The prevention included hydration, not being exposed to sunlight for long periods of time, usage of hats and head covers. They also studied what to do in case of heat stroke or exhaustion which included removing clothing to cool down, pouring water and drinking water slowly. They studied symptoms which include nausea, feeling cold or chilly, dizziness, Brain fog.<\/p>\n

This study is essential and informative especially due to the fact that summer in Pakistan tends to be extreme.<\/p>\n
